Writer's Workshop

August and September:
I will be working with the students to discover what they already know about writing and will be completing our Narrative Writing unit.

We will be using authors as mentors such as Patricia Polacco

We will be working on informational writing (nonfiction).
October 6: We will be brainstorming what we can write about and making a table of contents for our writing.
October 20: We will begin writing our informational book
